These classes are demonstration-based and are completely hands-on. Our students will learn techniques and skills by making Mozzarella and Burrata cheese in our Creamery just like our Master-Cheesemakers, while having fun at the same time. Afterwards, enjoy a Cheese Tasting party with an assortment of fresh and aged cheeses. The best part is that you get to take home all the cheese you make to enjoy later!
To receiveĀ full credit on our classes, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If we areĀ given 24-hr notice, we will give you a credit thatĀ can be used for an upcoming Creamery Class. Anything less than 24 hours is non-refundable.
If the class has less than a 50% attendance sign up, we could postpone the class to a later date.
